About Me

Hi there, and welcome to Shrimpy Studio!

Throughout my years as a child, I've always adored drawing characters, specifically in the anime style. Eventually, I've grown to learn to love creating character designs and drawing fanart of my favorite media, specifically anime. I decided to open up this shop in order to express my love for character designs and learn how to grow within my art journey, such as my development in cute animal drawings and so much more!

Aside from my shop, I am a strategy analyst for a business analytics team within my company. It's my full-time job, and I am currently a part-time student finishing my bachelor's degree in data analytics. Outside of the creative zone, I have a lot of enjoyment in programming for the use of data analysis and pretty report creation. I love problem-solving, and I really enjoy utilizing data as evidence to help find these solutions to all kinds of problems, whether that's for my business, my career, or out of pure interest.

I live in the far suburbs outside of Chicago, IL. I enjoy utilizing my free time not only through my art, but also through my strong passion for journaling and playing video games with my lovely partner. I also play the violin, meditate, journal, and try to travel somewhere new every year. Throughout my hobbies and adventures, I try to derive as much inspiration as I can from my life and the world around me into my art.
